As I sit here after polishing off the rest of michael's white chocolate bunny I figured I should post and say hello, and hope that will at least get me moving in the right direction again.
Been a busy week with baseball monday and tonight, and last night I studied for my recert class today for advanced cardiac life support. I tend to not pick up the book til the day before, and then worry I'm going to fail, but always end up doing fine, but by the next recert in 2 years, I won't remember again, and I'll get nervous again. Oh well, I'm glad it's over. Ds had his final day of the state testing today. He said it was fine, for both math and english, so it will be interesting to see how he did. We also made a summer camp schedule, but had some trouble trying to register for some online, so I'll just go to the Y and rec dept on friday. We have 2 days with no baseball, so it will be nice not to rush after work.
Tracey- big hugs to your mom and all of you. Such a stressful time, and I'm sure your poor mom is so overwhelmed. I hope the rest of her workup goes smoothly and they make a treatment plan and that she is able to find some relief that she is fighting it, and doing something about it. Love jillian's quote. Hang in there.

Thank you for all your time as weightkeeper.
Sparks- you look amazing!! So happy for you and I am also very inspired to get my butt in gear and make some changes like you have made.
Rose-Thank you so much for organizing these challenges, and getting the summer one up and rolling. I can't believe we're almost done with this challenge. Time does fly. I'm pm you about coaching too. Glad you're off to a good start with ds home, and are feeling back to yourself. That's great news you can get back to all other exercise but running, and hopefully you'll be healing up quickly and able to run again soon.
Thank you CC, Connie, Lisa and Dona for all you do for us and these challenges.
jking- So sorry to hear all you have been through, but glad things are improving, and you are able to go on your trip. I hope you have the wonderful vacation that you deserve.
Karen- I hope the knee is feeling better, and you were able to run without pain. So exciting you are a runner and doing another 5k this weekend!!!
Lindsay-thanks for the nurses week wishes. The p90x sounds like a great form of torture, but like Rose said, keep it up and you'll be sporting some good muscles this summer. I hope you hit the lottery and can become a stay at home mom.

That would be my dream. Oh, thanks for the reminder, I'm on call this weekend and we always buy some scratch tickets when I'm on call.
Disneywedding- so excited your trip is coming up.
Congrats to all our top losers and maintainers!!!
Cam- Happy to see your name up there, you must be doing better journalling than I am.
Sue -Nice job on doing some run walking!! Do I sense a disney race in your future?????? You must be getting so excited for your cruise.
Shawn- Congrats on your medium shirts!! So excited for you. I work with 2 docs who are big germaphobes. Interesting they chose to practice gastroenterology.

Hope the house hunting is going well.
Hello Lisa, Maria, Buffy, Pamela, Dona, and everyone I've missed.
I feel better just coming here and once again for the millionth time saying I am going to get back on track. I did get up the last two mornings and while I watch the news I've been doing some exercises, hand weights, and the foot movements from the WATP videos. I'm going to do that tonight for half of criminal minds since I didn't get out for a run/walk today.
My 5k is in 5 weeks, and I mentioned it to some girls at work, and a few of them are going to do it too, some walking, and some run/walking. I definitely want to get my speed up to finish in under 40 min, so I need to get out more than 2 days a week. Since I caught up tongiht, I don't need to come on in the morning and I can go for a quick run instead.

I need to do it.
Never give up!! Trying and getting back in the wagon is so much better than giving up.

Have a great night everyone!!
