Good morning all!
Cam thanks for coaching last week and to Rose&Mike for filling in this week!
CC, glad that you are having a good week!
Cam, nice job on another loss!

You'll be where you want to be vacation I just know it.
LTS, woo hoo on being so close to initial goal!
Buffy, dis'n from WDW -- doesn't get any better than that!
Amy, lots of room for you here back on the wagon!
Kathy, glad that you had a good time in the big city!
Deb, good luck to you and Chris on your restart of Atkins. It's great that you turned things around so quickly.

I think that's the key to making this healthy lifestyle thing work.
jking6, so sorry that your recovery hasn't been what you hoped.

You can always just read along and pipe in whenever you want. We're very flexible that way.
Tracey, hope that everyone in your house is feeling better today.
Disneywedding2010, glad that you had a great time at the concert.
disney1990, sorry about the pound. Hopefully it will be gone quickly and take a friend with it!
Lindsay, way to go on your run yesterday!

In a way a local run is a bit harder to train for because I think it is easier for your real life to derail your plans.

You are doing to do great!
Got a little behind on my QOTD so will hop in with today's.
QOTD Monday, April 18
We've done this one before, but it's one of my favorites. What's your current favorite workout or motivational song?
I really like "He's a Pirate."

I can put my eyes on the horizon and just run/walk over and over. But yesterday, thanks to Discoyeti (if you haven't seen it, it is very clever -- but don't watch it is you don't like things critical of Disney) I listened to the Glee version of "Telephone" for 3 miles -- I never lost my pace!
Shawn, so sorry that you had the crud. Hope that you are feeling better today.
Nancy, glad to hear that you are back and had a great time. That was a cute little baby you were visiting.
I am sorry to say that I feel off the journalling wagon over the week-end but I am back on now.
I did have a wonderful day yesterday. I ran our local 5 mile race. This was my first race last year and I was the poster child for poor training. Did it in 1:44 and couldn't do anything for a month afterward.

This year it was 39 and windy at the start. I did it in 86 minutes -- that's 18 minutes off my time from last year.

And I'm totally ready to keep on with my training for my half at the end of May.

I may not be where I want to be weight wise yet but I've made great strides in my physical condition which will only help me.
Have a great day all!
