Big vacation, little budget

I am just so excited I wanted to share and see what you budget savvy folks think. My mom approached me (the official family disney resource) about wanting to take the family to disney. We had all gone together 10 years ago and it was one of my fathers's favroite memories. My dad died a couple of years ago and we had always talked about going back. My mom decided we should do it while we can. She just got re-married and we thought it would be great to do together as a family. She wanted to know if we could get it together for a reasonable price and I said you bet your sweet bibbity bobbity boo. Here is the ultimate outcome.
The travellers. Myself 33 DH 33, DS3, DSIS 38, DBIL,42, DNiece 17, DMOM/GMA 61, herDH 67=8total
1 room POR 5nights hoppers and dinning=1459.84
2 rooms POR 6 nights hoppers and dinning=2945.73
Airfare for 3 from DFW using sprint points= $0
Airfare for 5 using SWA ding from IND=$450
ME for all +$0
Delivery from wegoshop water and a few extras $100 or less
wishes cruise=$200 paid for by mom's new DH surprise for her birthday
MNSSHP tickets=290.38
extra kids meals so can share TS credits=$50

total=$5495.95
Each family will cover their own tips and souvies from there
We will be eating at LTT, Kona, Sci-fi, CRT, LeCellier, Marakesh, and Biergarten
This is still a lot of money but this vacation is far beyond anything we ever imagined. I also realize this is not a repeatable budget because of the free dinning and the airfare deals. We also could have made it cheaper by going to a value and not getting hoppers, but mom said no way. She was hoping to go fo 6,000 not including food or the extras, just hotel air and tickets. We are all really excited.

Basically $688 pp for 6 night inc food/tick/all trans/and hotel...now that is Awesome (and at my fave ..POR too) Congrats!!!!

Miss Missy--Ding is a download from Southwest Airlines that notifies you of special that are availible for a limited time, ususally only a few hours. IND is our airport code-Indianapolis.
Thanks everyone, we are really looking forward to some time together as a family. Even though my mom and her DH are flying with us from IND they live in Iowa. So we are not all together that often with my sister and her family in Dallas too.

Where did you hear that and when is that planned for? No it really won't make that much difference, we only sceduled one extra meal.

Thanks radiofanatic, I found the thread after I read your post. I am fine if they make these changes, I would like to be able to share food however if that is still permitted. Thanks for the heads up, it had not been our origional plan, we were only going to do that because it appeard to be offered by th cm's that way.

Thanks for the info on DING ... I am so Delta Song... feel like flying another carrier is scary, weird huh!
