Big River Grille

Has anyone eaten here recently? Thinking of going for dinner on our EPCOT day as it's only a boat ride away.

You're better off walking it rather than taking the boat and I gave it a second shot a couple weeks ago and I think there are too many other good options in that area that are better, especially if you're paying OOP.

Epcot has quite a few, but if you're looking to get out of the park I actually think Picabu at Swan & Dolphin has better food and is cheaper.

We've never minded it as the portions are good and so is the food (sometimes you just have to know what they are good at). We always make sure to eat out on the boardwalk though to enjoy the atmosphere. It's really not bad price-wise.

Good things we have always liked: the flank steak, the meat loaf, the burgers.

The meat loaf is very good and is our go to item. Big River offers a varied menu with decent prices. It is a chain but they do a good job with their what they offer. It is not posh or fancy but is family oriented enough that we enjoy a good sit down meal without breaking the bank.

We haven't been disappointed with Big River Grille and love the burgers. We are only two people so not having a reservation thing isn't a big deal with us. I'd certainly give it a try and if you aren't too thrilled, just leave and go back to Epcot. That's the nice thing - no harm, no foul if it's not your style.
