Well, it arrived this morning, which should be a time of great joy, but I have an issue with the voucher for our Disney tickets which has got me concerned. I have spoken to a lady in Virgin's "offshore" centre, who assures me that it's okay, but our voucher shows our 7-Day MYW tickets as having a start date of 2nd August (we fly on 31st July and intend to spend 1st August in MK). She tells me that the date doesn't matter - we can turn up at TTC on 1st August and they will exchange our voucher, but I am not convinced.
Has anyone else had similar issues? And, if so, was it okay, or do i need to get Virgin to re-issue our voucher?
