Well, it arrived this morning, which should be a time of great joy, but I have an issue with the voucher for our Disney tickets which has got me concerned. I have spoken to a lady in Virgin's "offshore" centre, who assures me that it's okay, but our voucher shows our 7-Day MYW tickets as having a start date of 2nd August (we fly on 31st July and intend to spend 1st August in MK). She tells me that the date doesn't matter - we can turn up at TTC on 1st August and they will exchange our voucher, but I am not convinced.

Has anyone else had similar issues? And, if so, was it okay, or do i need to get Virgin to re-issue our voucher?
 
I am sure you will have no problems. They issued us with a child ticket for DMIL although it didn't say so on the voucher, we didn't know until we tried exchanging it. Cast member changed it to adult no problem. They must get lots of errors with Virgin but if it worries you get them to re-issue.
 
Did the CM charge you the difference between Adult & Child or did they let you off as it was Virgin's mistake? I've just spoken to another Virgin person who's basically told me the same as the first one. Apparently the voucher is not date specific (even though it has a start date on it!) so it "categorically will not be a problem". We shall see!
