I came across an article in the Independent over the weekend stating that businesses are banned from today (6 April) from automatically imposing excessive charges when customers use credit or debit cards to pay for a holiday, an air or train journey, a concert ticket or a visit to the theatre or cinema.

Does anyone know if Disneyland Paris has lowered their £14 card payment surcharge?
