Big family, not all on DDP, 3 questions

10 of us are headed to WDW in June, staying at OKW in a 2 br and studio. My DH and DD (5) and I are on the DDP, staying in the studio. We are eating SOME TS meals with some combination of the other 7. My little family loves the DDP and have done it 3 other times in the last 2 years. I know with the standard DDP we have separate credits for adults and our DD.

Here are my 2 questions:

1. When I made the reservations our MDE accounts were not all linked so I am listed on the reservation with unknown friends. My niece turns 10 RIGHT before we leave and she eats very little. If her MDE profile (with age) is not linked to the reservation how does Disney know she's 10? Will they ask my brother?

2. Similarly, if we have an extra TS kid credit, can we apply it to a family member who's not actually on the DDP?

Thanks!

Can't answer #1, but if they do ask, you all need to be prepared in how you will answer. At any non-buffet/aycte place, she could order off the kid's menu anyway. At pre-priced, you need to do what you're comfortable with doing.

As for #2, yes you can use any of your credits to treat the others, but your kid's TS credits are only good for kid's meals.

Since she will also need an adult park ticket Disney will technically know her age.

Regarding you 10yo. You can order her a meal from the kids menu and pay out of pocket. You don't have to use a credit. You can use her credits however your please as they are pooled by room. If you go to a buffet or price set meal, then she will be charged an adult price, so you can use her credit there.
