The one thing that I know for sure is that the freshly made oatmeal has been gone from the lounge for about 6 months. That's been replaced by the packets of oatmeal that you need to mix with hot water. My guess is that you will still receive the same excellent pre-planning and on-site service as before and won't notice much of a difference in the lounge.luvdzny said:If you hear anything please keep us posted. We are staying AKL concierge in June. We don't plan on eating our meals in the lounge, with the exception of a light breakfast some mornings, but do enjoy the evening snacks. I would be disappointed if they made a lot of cutbacks. We also love the oatmeal in the morning - hopefully that is still there!!!

I hope the food doesn't get cut back, we've enjoyed great concierge service at many of the Disney hotels in the past.

There was no afternoon tea when we were at there in December, but that is something that I know the GF serves. Perhaps this a change then and an enhancement at the YC.WendyinNC said:Concierge service at the Regatta Club includes personalized front desk and guest services, robes, make-up mirror, turndown service, and lounge with Continental breakfast, midday snacks, afternoon tea, evening wine and cheese, and evening cordials and dessert.

Concierge service at the Regatta Club includes personalized front desk and guest services, robes, make-up mirror, turndown service, and lounge with Continental breakfast, midday snacks, afternoon tea, evening wine and cheese, and evening cordials and dessert.
This does not appear to be a change.
