Caleb and Frankie convinced Cody that keeping Donny is to their benefit. Even though Derrick said he would go along with this (and keep Team America together for one more week) it looks as he will not keep his word. He is planning on voting out Donny.
Now I know everyone thinks Derrick is this great player that played everyone. But in this instance he is taking his ball and going home. This to be makes him a floater, no longer the puppet master. Since I have the ability to read what is going on my opinion of him has gone down significantly!
Oh well. We will see if he changes by voting time and when they find out the mission was a bust.
Julie Chen will ask a question with the answer being Apple Pie and if the answer is no they failed. Maybe Derrick will realize that America will be against him.
That is not the definition of a floater.
Christine is freaky, but her husband is much worse.
The typical Floater social strategy includes joining no alliances or joining many but having true loyalty to none. The Floaters goal is to stay out of the way as be seen as a non-threat while the Leaders and the Gamers take themselves out of the game. The typical competitive strategy choice for Floaters are selective or passive. House Guests who have employed this strategy include Jun Song (Season 4), Kathy Hillis (Season 12), Adam Poch (Season 13), and Andy Herren (Season 15). (Copied from another site). Derrick has a few final two's - check off. Stay out of the way and be seen as a non-threat - check off. Let the leaders/games take themselves out - check off. I don't see him as a typical floater either, but again, I don't see him as I did in the first 2/3rds of the game. I am routing for Caleb now. We all get our opinions and in my opinion he is a floater, not in yours and that is okay with me. I respect your opinion.
Derrick is not a floater. As much as I dislike him, he's been controlling the game for a long time. He's been masterminding all the moves without even being revealed as the mastermind. Total opposite of a floater.
Do we know who HOH is?

So Nicole is out...I doubt he would ever put up Frankie or Derrick.
Tinker'n'Fun said:He really dislikes Christine so it could be close and may be her. She also did better than Nicole. (good job for Nicole to show she is weak - well not but during the last few comps).
True, I just don't think he is going to put any of the guys up. It will probably be Christine and Nicole on the block and if someone wins POV then Victoria will go up. This season has been really predictable.

I'll agree to disagree with you about Derrick because I don't see him as a floater either, but even if he is one, what is so bad about being a floater that you'd root against someone for playing that way? For some people, that is the only way they are going to make it to the end. Jun and Andy were never going to make it to the end on comp wins and neither had a ton of social influence, so they had to play a floater's game and they both won. I'm not really a fan of either of them, but they deserved their wins. Both played with what they had and knew who they were and what strategy they'd have to employ to make the end and have a shot at winning.
My favorite was Donny, but since he's out now, the one I'm rooting for now is Caleb. There's at least one personality characteristic or trait in each of the other houseguests that I can't stand.
Frankie - brags about his sister incessantly and constantly chatters;
Christine - very annoying, constant giggling and clinging to Cody. She is still a married woman;
Cody - constantly letting Christine cling to him;
Derrick - arrogant and every other word is a 4 -letter word;
Victoria - total non-winning floater, but she's non-offensive;
Nicole - whiny voice that shatters even broken glass
