Biff's Enchanted Birthday Trip...Twas' the week before Christmas

I enjoyed this restaurant
Roomy location so you can enjoy your party only issue I had was moron at table next to us who wanted to share his conversation with the whole place so we got to hear his stupidity
Tasted his red wine & referred to it a nice with a crisp taste wonder how he would describe white wine maybe full bodied.
Service was excellent
Food very good, perfectly cooked & presentation excellent
Escargot that was worth the visit to Chefs De France, even got Scott to have one & amazinly he liked it
I would have preferred to have the skewer removed in the kitchen hate having to fight to get food off 8 inch wooden toothpick (see lazy man here hates fighting with his food)
The Crepe was a disappointment but that was me not the restaurant I just don't care for apple. Crepe was to be filled with apple & peach only tasted apple.

Question, Scott -- do you write exactly what Biff tells you for his dining reviews? Because he cracks me up with the whole "moron at the table next to us" and "fighting to get food off 8 inch wooden toothpick."

Well, I had a little catching up to do!! Love you RnR pic!! It that not the greatest take off?!!!! So you were a little "loopy"? I think you were right to change from SciFi. We had an ADR there once. Sat down, looked at the menu, had people in the back seat of the "car" who needed a hotel room!! Told our server that we changed our mind & left! Even without that, I didn't like the atmostphere. It was sooooo dark, it was difficult to see the menu. Oh well. There are lots of people who like it. Indiana Jones pics were up close & personal! How close were your seats? Still haven't gotten on Toy Story.....always too long to wait! Speaking of too long to wait....I wouldn't have waited 40 minutes for the Backlot Tour either. However, last trip I was actually picked as a volunteer! How much fun! Here's a pic. Feel free to laugh to your heart's content!! From left to right it's a very friendly lady, my brother, myself & the poor guy who was sitting in the "engine room"!!!

See, this is what happens when you wait a few weeks to comment on a trip report. I have so much I want to say, but I can't remember it all.

I went to Enchanted last week and read your whole report up until then. I was going to comment, but I got distracted and never did. I was a slacker and didn't know you had this one going here. Now I'm all caught up. I even had Joe laughing at your Test Track video.

Just know that even if I don't say anything, I'm still reading along. Even if I wait a few days to get caught up. I haven't been signing in anywhere every day. I know, shame on me.

You sure that's the line to meet him? They have two lines there. The first time I got an UGLY Caspian. This past time we got the sweet innocent 15 year old looking Caspian but he was so nice...I just want to see one of the hotties! Geez. We only had to wait for one group of girls to come back out the day we saw him. The line for the silly walk through show had a few people in it though.

One of these days I want to see the walk through line at TSM. Especially the Mr Potato head part. Maybe when things slow way way down. I'm not waiting 20 minutes or more just to see it though. You so kicked Biff's butt! You go Scott!

a little kid said he saw Prince Caspian so I presumed that was what it was. I was going nowhere near it.
be careful, they took Jack away in Disneyland because of the women oohing and aashing over them.

The show was good as usual. Sorry not the best video but I tried.

Next up.

We saw the movie, can we get someone other than Mushu.

Then we exited and we saw Sorcerer Mickey. We got in line. Waited about 10 minutes.
Pics will be coming, waiting for photopass.

Now here is my oops for the trip. We then saw Bolt and gang out. I said ooh lets go see them, there is no line. there was a line and it was huge. It was behind the wall. So I yelled out "I am not waiting in that line for these characters". I never ran out of somewhere so fast. One mother actually laughed at my comment. I felt bad for the kids after saying it.

Then we saw The Incredibles on the way out and Biff wanted his pic with them but when we got there they were leaving and Frozone was coming out. He didn't want him.

this is a great report! you stayed in the building right next our building. great location..our room didnt look anything like yours though

we have never been on Voyage of the little Mermaid ...hopefully it will still be there in 2010...my daughter loves Ariel...half of her wardrobe has Ariel's picture on it! is it scary at all (if you were a 3yr old little girl?)

Loved the little Mermaid but then Ariel is my favorite princess. The first time I saw it we didn't know about the special effects. It was the day after we had seen "Honey i shrunk the kids" and my kids were afraid that the eels were going to come out of the seats and grab their legs. It did distract from the overall enjoyment of the show I'm afraid. But second time round it was all good. The kids were calm.

The long line is usually for the attraction. Now you went and bypassed Caspian and it was probably the hot guy that day! There is one that's super fine but both times I missed him! Now as for the Jacks...every single one I ever saw in Disneyland pics I would run AWAY from! The fella we have at the MK is dead on. He looks very much like the real character. How he is not kidnapped by some wild Jack groupie I'll never know. I saw him a couple of times on this trip but we didn't stop and watch the tutorial. Joy is in total love with him. And I agree, that one is a hottie. I often wonder how he looks without the make-up though.


We should definitely start a petition...no more Mushu please! And while they're at it remove the Drew Carey thing too.

We ended up going back to the resort for awhile. I took a nap. No idea what Biff did.

6:30 we head back to DHS to see some lights.

now we found our way and here are some pics.

1 & 2 are walking down the street looking at the lights, 3 & 4 are the dancing lights.

After the shock of seeing this we headed out of the park.

My favorite thing, something Star Wars.

We then walked over to the Boardwalk for our dinner.

I thought of you today. we went to look at apartments and the guy opened the door and he was a dead ringer for Gavin, thought of you instantly.

Well he lives in NYC ya know! Could have been him! (Or one of his look alike cousins) Ya'll should go to his bar and check things out for me. I want to come to NYC so bad! DS started asking to go about two years ago but we've yet to plan a trip.
