Also, from the second edition of
Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando by Susan Shumaker and Than Saffel, "There's not much to choose from at Germany's Biergarten either. The eighty-four-foot buffet provides authentic German cuisine, but the only options we've found are potato salad, red cabbage, wine kraut, and spaetzle. With advance notice, Germany's chefs can create goodies like potato pancakes or dumplings in a mushroom stock sauce."
Hope this helps!
