Biergarten at Christmas time, any difference?

i think I read somewhere that Biergarten is decorated very nice for the holidays. Does the band also play different/holiday music, or is it the same year round? Thank you!

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but didn't see anything on the reservation board. What is the likelihood that we would need reservations for the first week of December? We would like to eat here on our Epcot day, but would like to wait until we are getting hungry to go eat, rather than pick a time now (most of our other TS meals will be reservations).

When I was there in the beg of Dec they were not taking walkups as they were very full. You shouldn't have trouble getting an ADR, but I wouldn't count on a walk-up. It is also one of the cheapest restaurants to get a candlelight processional package at so that helps fill it up as well.

Thank you so much, we will definitely make an ADR! We are not interested in seeing the candlelight processional, so I assume we can make a non-CP ADR, right?

Correct, you can make just a regular reservation.

I really liked all of the lighting/garlands...

This was when they sang Silent Night. The first verse was done in German (Stille Nacht) and then everyone joined in singing in English.

My family was there the first week of December in 2017. We had a 6:30ish reservation, but my wife was getting tired so we stopped in about 4:30 to see if we could get in early. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but they were able to work us in. YMMV.
