I'd love for us to eat at Biergarten, but my dad, who will be with us, has severe food allergies to all seasonings. I saw on the menu at Allears that there was salmon at dinner time - can anyone confirm? Fish and steak are two things that can easily be grilled plain (or with a little butter or oil, and lime/lemon for fish), and whenever he eats out that what he asks for. If salmon is on the menu then we can have that done specially for him without a problem. Also, are the potatoes plain, or do they have herbs or other seasonings on them?

I don't know about the salmon but as far as food issues, disney is VERY good at handling it. I have a citrus allegery and my daughter has others. The chef came out to talk to us about what we are restriction were and what we would like - one even offered to have someone run out and get me something from another place.

I would think they could cook his meal from scratch.

They did that for my ds who is allergic to dairy/tree nuts/peanuts.

Just let them know if you make ADR's & if not let them know when you go to check in.

Great! I didn't realize they would go as far as to even get something from somewhere else if necessary! That means that we can really eat anywhere we want and they will find a way to deal with it. We will definitely advise Disney when we make the reservations, and I might even call them again the day before, especially those places that will have to do something from scratch.

Thanks!
