Anyone had luck booking their appointment 2-3 months in advance? I've been trying to get appointment for my daughter's 6th birthday in mid October for a month now. I'm kind of giving up at this point, tired of calling and getting the same answer. Is there any hope for me? Should I call every day or once every few days?
thanks

For me BBB was the hardest reservation to get.

Call depending on how important it is to you. People do cancel, but you have to be lucky enough to call at the right time. Calling more just increases you chance you call at the right time.

If it's important enough I'd call daily (or more) from 60 days out to about 45 days out when people begin cancelling their vacations. I'm sure there are much more cancellations during this period than say right now, 120 out, since people need to either pay up or cancel by the 45 day mark.

As a last resort (and if you're ok with being disappointed) you can try doing rope drop and going straight for BBB to see if they can squeeze you in. Even better if do this on an AM EMH. I was lucky enough to get my DD into BBB at 8:20am this way during an AM EMH, but I'm pretty sure the family about 20 seconds in front of me tried the same thing and were turned away.

We did. The first time my daughter went to BBB she was actually 2. She did turn 3 a few days after our trip. At first, we weren't going to let her do BBB (due to the age requirement), but she kept asking as we have friends that have done it.

I told her if she would completely potty train, we would let her do BBB. Well she did about 3 weeks prior to our trip. We called and there were no reservations. We kept calling. Finally, we got an appointment at DTD in the middle of the day. It wasn't the location or time we really wanted, but we got the appointment.

I think it may be harder due to the time you are going. Many people have booked BBB for the MNSSHPs. Have you tried for an appointment at both locations? I also second what the other poster said about calling from 60 to 45 days, because of people possibly cancelling their packages.

I booked the Boutique for my granddaughter about a month in advance but was limited in the choice of day and time. As it turned out, she went around 5:00 p.m. on our last day there which worked out perfectly. She was all princess-y for our dinner at Citrico's and her hair stayed in pretty well for the next day and a half. It was a surprise for her, and the timing worked out because she was getting a little sad about leaving Disney the next day and this just totally boosted her spirits! The other advantage of the afternoon time was that she wasn't walking around the park in July heat dressed in the princess dress. I saw so many little cuties all dressed up like that and it looked like they were wilting in the heat. Also not ideal attire for going on rides.

I missed my 180 window and by the time I called they only had 1 spot left and it was at DTD so now I'm trying to rearrange things to work around that. I'm still calling to try to change it to MK but no luck so far. The CMs also told me to try at 60 and 45 days out. Keep trying and good luck!

I wouldn't mind calling everyday but every time before they can actually check availability I have to provide name, phone number, email address, reservation #, home address...it's pretty time consuming and tbh annoying:sad1:

It sure is. Ressie number should be enough.

Tell them to check it like you are staying off site....they don't need any of that information just to check. They are just verifying most of the other information.

I booked the boutique for my great niece at the 180 day mark was fortunate to get a reservation. I wish you the best of luck

oh no. Im so sorry and hope it works out for your baby girl. I did actually get in at the 2 month and under mark in the past, but it was for DTD only. I think it might be a given that DTD will be more likely than MK because those with MK appts are likely to have solid airtight plans with ADRs and (soon) FP+ and will less likely budge. I know it is so so annoying, but I more than encourage the frequent calling. I had a strict regimen where my calls were part of my everyday life...get up, call. Get kids from school..call. Get ready to get into bed...call. Oh, it was such misery, but it worked. :sad2: Good luck

Is there a thread for cancellations of BBB? Like the threads made for the ADRs? I tried searching for one and this is the most recent thread I could find. Would a thread like that be helpful/allowed? I would be willing to start it!

We are there the last week in October. I was able to book one at DD a few days ago. She had one at the castle too, but it was like dinner time. Keep trying, I got lucky I guess!

there is a thread. I donot know how to link it but this is the name
Cancelled bibbidi bobbidi boutique reservations thread?

I got one last Sunday for Sept 5, she had told me there were none in magic Kingdom for the duration of our stay and was just starting to go through options in DTD when it just came available, so keep trying, you never know

I got one for labor day in MK about 2.5 months out. Just call daily! Good luck!
