Ok all I am beyond confused. I have my ADR's made for our September trip, but then I got to looking at counter service so that I could 'map out' where we will eat. I am so confused as to what you can and cannot order with the DDP and not pay extra. Is there a chart or something for each restaurant that explains what you can get for a QS credit, Snack credit and TS credit?
The LAST thing I want to happen is order then get a 40.00 bill at then end of each meal because we did not use the dining plan right.
We do not drink alcohol and I know that is not included. Appetizers are not included either right? But deserts are?

So if I go to a counter service what can I order?
1 thing listed under the entree
1 thing listed under dessert
1 drink = QS?

How about snacks?
If I purchase a Dole Whip is that = 1 snack credit or can I get a drink to
Does a bottle of water or drink = an entire snack credit

Also, do we get one card with all our parties meals on it or are they split up and everyone gets their own card. Do you have to be present to use it. Like can I send my hubby to get a snack for me and my son and himself and ride a ride with the kids?

for QS, here is an example.. you get a burger, fries, soda, and cookie. This is just an example. It can be a salad with a water and a piece of cake.

for TS, you get a meal with a non-alcoholic drink and dessert.

You should all get your own card because it is also the room key and yes your DH can go and get your meal. You each have your own but they are all connected.

I believe a Dole Whip is one snack credit... not positive though.

Snacks, can be a bottle of soda, water. A bag of chips, box of popcorn, ice cream.

Counter service meals include....
1 combo meal
1 dessert
1 drink

Sit down includes
1 entree
1 drink
1 dessert

Snacks are generally anything $4.00 and under... they will have a snack credit symbol besides them.

All of your dining credits are lumped in one pool..... so you or your husband can both use them. :dance3:

Also, most of the Disney dining CMs (at the parks, the phones, not so much), so if you have any questions, they'll make sure that you get what's covered. And lastly, every single TS will go over the plan and what's included and all that, so much that you'll be reciting it back to them after a few meals :p (On Deluxe for the past 3 years with 18-20 ADRs per year... yeah, I know it pretty well :p)

mommyof3princess27, if you are using the ddp, a ts includes an entree and dessert and non-alcoholic beverage but if you are paying out of pocket everything is separate.

I have a question to go along with this... a TS meal, is dessert included in the price thats listed?

Table service on the dining plan includes entree, dessert, non-alcoholic drink.

If you are looking at the menu at the restaurant and not using the dining plan, entree, dessert and drink are all separate charges.

Thanks! We are on the DxDP and just trying to add up some tips..
