Beverly Lovers Unite!

No, not Beverly a person, but Beverly the beverage! Stopped at the Cool Station in Epcot, where they have numerous international products of Coca Cola, and fell in love with the soda sold in Italy called Beverly. Seems like most Americans hate the stuff! Surely I'm not the only person that likes it?

common, folks - let's hear from the Beverly lovers!!!

By the way, does anyone know where we can get some of this delicious brew?

You are not alone. Everytime I visit Ice Station Cool, I go straight to the Beverly, first.
Then I try the others.

I really like Beverly the best, and if it was sold in the USA, I'm sure that I would buy it.

I think that I taste a hint of cloves in the Beverly, and I like that a lot.

Glad to hear there are a few others like me! I also love another Italian beverage called Campari - also bitter and herbal in taste. Much prefer that to sicky sweet drinks!

Yes, Susy - thats also how I know I'm in my favorite place - head right for the Cool Station for my 3 or 4 little cups of Beverly ;-)

The thing I enjoy about Beverly is watching the looks of disgust on the faces of people tasting it for the first time I do enjoy the watermelon flavored drink(from Israel I think?).

my 3 and 4 yr olds loved going because they could drink all the soda and pour it themselves.

my 3 yr old son started pouring the beverly and i tapped my husband and said "watch this" thinkking my son would start gagging any minute.

nope. he drank the whole glass and went back for seconds!
and this kid is the most pickiest eater in the world! go figure.

We always pretend to like Beverly so we can see the look on the faces of our friends and relatives when they try it! It is honestly too acrid(is that a word?) for our tastes, but we are from the South where every beverage is measured against sweet tea!

If anyone has seen Barry Hom's DIS meets video you will see me tricking people into trying it and then walking right into Barrys cup of Beverly which goes all over my arm....
