With the poorer economy in Brazil, I'll assume that the tour groups, normally coming in January will be lower.

Since many schools don't go back in session for a few days after New Year's, and because of the marathon at WDW in early January, I would choose the week after Thanksgiving, hands down.

Completely agree. We were there this January for the races and it was a lot more crowded than I thought early January would have been. Go in late Nov and enjoy the added bonus of the Christmas décor.
