Better than Visa Magic Code?

Try using ND2119071Q for a coupon. I believe this just got extended. I used it yesterday for a July reservation and it worked - $35 off with the 67 code.

.

I used that with October rentals! I found a coupon site that talked about that code being around for a long time and the expiration date keeps changing.

I use ND2119071 for weekly rentals, but my next trip is 5 days, so I used
NF1982JDD which is a e-coupon for $30..
I combined it with 5063773 for an Emerald Aisle pickup $136.18...

I'm going to try in July. Hopefully it will work out.

What do you mean? If the package is booked with the code, how would it change. I have never rented before. Why wouldn't it work?
Because National may decide that the code is invalid for general use. In that case, all the existing reservations would also be invalid. This code was stumbled on by someone who mis-typed the Visa Magic Code. We think it's a "general code" and it has been working for people but that may not last forever. I hate to be a downer, but you should be prepared for the worst. I would book a back-up just in case and subscribe to this thread for any updates.

And the other thing to consider is they are "giving" you insurance. If there is a problem (accident), they always have the option of declining to insure a customer due to possible misuse/unauthorized use of a code. This is a very personal decision. No judging here, it's just how much risk are you comfortable taking.
For our situation, I decided against the risk.

I do not have a link. I got the code from this thread. But it shows up as follows on my reservation:

Blogcoupon-zl-wkly#1 ($35.00)

So I do not believe an actual coupon is required.

Thanks to this coupon the cost of renting a midsize car in Sept went from $108 to $92.07 using the 57 code and this coupon.:cheer2:

Thanks for the info.

Some people have been told the 67 ccode is complimentary and others (like me) have been told that it is a travel agent (Travel Solutions) code and will require ID. So far no one has been question when using the code from what I have read but reader's should still uuse the code knowing that there could be an issue at the gate. Just be cautious and good luck!

Note: I believe that is the code that I used. I just scrolled through the last couple of pages of this thread to find it. If it doesn't work let me know. I wrote down the code that I used in work and I can get it for you Monday.

I just verified that the above coupon code is what I used and it lowered my rate by $40.93.

Did you add it to an existing reservation or did you have to rebook the reservation?

I modified an existing reservation

Thank you. I just went from $133 to $92.07 for a mid-sized for one week. That is great. Is the coupon an e-coupon? They won't ask me for it will they? Also, I noticed at the bottom of my print-out it says estimated conversion and then has the total. Is this because it could be a code for international travelers? I can't imagine that they would give international travelers a sweet rate like this and not extend it to domestic travelers.

OK, so what am I doing wrong then? I have tried using this coupon code with the *67 contract ID for my August rental, but it doesnt really get applied. The reservation shows the coupon being applied, then immediately added back in for a net change of zero reduction.

Base Rate - Fullsize (USD)
(1) Time & Distance ($131.92/Week) $131.92
(3) Extra - Time & Distance ($28.76/Day) $86.28
Discount Coupon Accepted ($35.00)
Discount Coupon Accepted $35.00

Hmmm .... not sure. Just off the top of my head it could be the size of you rental or the dates. It worked for me for a minivan and for stepdisney for a mid-size. My dates are 7/10-7/26 - perhaps the coupon expires 7/31??? These are just guesses on my part. Sorry.

As far as the coupon goes, it lists on my reservation as a blog coupon which I assume is the same as an e-coupon.

I have that estimate conversion as well, but right above that it says country of residence: US so I wouldn't worry about it.
