I prefer Roaring Forks. Last trip we ate there three times. Their sandwiches are very good (and healthy!) the flatbread is good, and their grill items are good and cooked to order. There is a seperate room with seating, right across the hall, and I've never seen it full. There are also a few tables outside.
Captain Cooks is a better option for breakfast, especially if you like Tonga Toast. There is seating there as well, but I found that it was crowded and not very well maintained (tables wre sticky, trash all over) The only plus to me is the Dole Whip machine, if it's working (wasn't when we were there in May)
