I was literally sick to my stomach when DH told me to go ahead and book the airfare at the prices I found on SouthWest only to find them all showing up UNAVAILABLE. Only thing I could get was the adv. purch. price.
DH had me call just to double check and sure enough I could get 3 seats at fun fare prices and only one had to be at adv. purch. price. The rep was great and played around with all different flights/options to try to save me money.
I have to admit I'm pleasantly surprised that calling saved me about $200 vs. booking online.
They also do a courtesy hold till tomorrow night, do you think there is any chance of those lower fares opening up if other people don't book what they have held???
I've never flown Southwest before, or flown out of Philly, but this is the best deal I've found ($209 for 3 of us, $224 for 1).
