When I was 14, my best friend and I found a dead body. I still go to therapy.

My DHs birthday is 7-23, Remy was born on July 4th at 7:23PM and Holly was born on Nov 28th at 7:23AM..strange huh?

I joined the army to be an MP at 18, but I hurt myself and was discharged. While I was there waiting to be discharged, I had to sleep in the office and answer phones/spend an obscene amount of time with the drill sgts. It was horrid!

I believe that birds are really Satan's minions on earth and are out to get me. I have proof.

My name is really Angelene, but I decided one day when I was a teen to tell everyone my name is Angela. I got sick of people pronouncing it wrong.

Also I only allow a select few to call me *shudder* Angie. Most of them are grandfathered in from my childhood and enjoy tormenting me.

1. I have never had chicken pox.

5. I had 3 jobs when I was 16. McDonald's, animal shelter, and taught art to children (mainly with disabilities) at a local art studio.

I'm enjoying each and every one of these!!!! Thanks so much for all of your posts!

Diana - I'm sooooo sorry about your horse! As a horse lover, I just can't imagine!

I remember the Tate/Manson murders - happened on my mother's birthday. :sad2:

experiment626mom - It's truely tragic about your husband - but I wouldn't give a RIP as to how uncomfortable you make the drunk driver feel! You just keep right on sending him those photos!

All of these posts are GREAT! Keep 'em coming! :wave2:

1. I am seriously addicted to Diet Coke/Pepsi but I have weaned myself down to two a day. If I can't find one in the fridge in the morning, I closely resemble a heroin addict.

2. A very dear friend of mine is the granddaughter of the man who discovered the alien ship on his ranch in Roswell.

3. My eyesight is so bad that as a child, I knew there were leaves and knew there were trees-- but I did not know leaves actually grew on trees. My prescription is -8 and even with new technology, I still have very thick lenses and wear contacts in public because...well, I'm vain. :teeth:

4. I have a girly office job now but for several years, I was a service advisor at a car dealership. I'm in charge of all the cars at our house--I take them in for service and deal with the mechanics.

5. I am the only woman I know who could care less about shoes. I have all the basic styles in necessary colors and would sooner cut my arm off than spend $700 on a pair.

4. My first car was a 90 Plymouth Sundance that I drove until it fell apart, and I cried when I was signing the paperwork on my next car because I loved the Sundance so much.

I loved my Plymouth Sundance too. I think it was a '87. It had a sunroof. We sold it with 75,000 miles on it, and I think it may still be on the road. We bought a Plumouth Voyager a few years later, and it was a huge piece of crap!

1) I have a BS in Geophysics, but now work with web design in the space program, and am getting a Masters in instructional technology.

2) I always told my dad I didn't want to do what he did (programming, at the time) because it was "boring". I'm now working for the same company he worked for before he died. Doing a form of programming.

3) I'm both artistically and mathematically minded (though the artistic side is coming out stronger recently). Most people I know are one or the other.

4) I once spent 6 weeks in Santa Fe, NM working at a "geophysical camp". That was one of the best experiences of my life

5) I have a very hard time keeping with anything I work towards. I've got so many hobby projects (writing, stitching, quilting, crochet, etc) started that I never have finished that I can't keep up with them all.

Just thought of another one.. An aquantance of mine,From the time I worked at Canobie Lake Park ,died in the bombing of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie Scotland.. She was a theatre student at Syracuse University. She was sitting right above the luggage compartment where the bomb was. They never found any part of her to bury.
Nicole Elise Boulanger was her name

I'm loving this thread and starting to think my life is so boring...and then I read something that prompts me to think "why didn't I say..."

oooh..and I just realized that I've been tagged. My life is now complete.

Why don't you email all of us pictures of your 2nd hubby and we'll print them off and mail them to the sorry son of a crack who**!
Sorry, drunk drivers may keep my dh and I in business but we still hate them.
Anyways:
1) My dh and I met while he was doing his Emergency rotation during med school. He took care of a patient I had flown in. It took him 7 months to get the nerve to ask me out.

2) We were trying for a boy when we ended up with twin daughters(who have dh, like the two older DDs, wrapped around their fingers.

3) Oldest DD born in '93, middle in '98 and Dtwins in '03. Five years apart. No more, he's been snipped.

4) Our lives revolve around our DDs activities. As long as they maintain good grades, they can do any activity they wish. Older dds are involved in Girl Scouts and sports. Dtwins are involved in "cheerleading" for the older DDs at their games.

5) Dh and I do get caught up on our lives, schedules and future while doing autopsies together. With 4 DDs, it's as close to a romantic time out we can get sometimes.

One more to freak everyone out:
6) Dh and I made love once in an empty body refrigerator. A refrigerator that stores bodies. :rolleyes1
