I am trying to see if there are any deals out there for the XBOX 4GB? Any stores selling them with gift card incentives??

Thanks!

One more question :-) Is this is online thing or Instore (or both?), when I look online I dont see it separately? And do you know the cost?

THANKS!
online they have a different offer, but in the store its $299 and you get the $75 GC.

Hi, we were debating on this too. xbox with the kinnect 4gb or the 250gb without. we decided to go with the kinnect. we got it at gamestop and the guy there said the 4gb is alot of memory and will have no problem with memory. The deal at walmart with the 75 dollar card sounded good at first but you would have to still spent another75 dollars for the kenext, and they are sooo hard to find! and we also got a game with it. So hopefully we made the right choice. my DS are 14 and 11

Depends on what type of games they are playing. If they are playing games like Halo where they are building their own "maps" and playing on line it will go very fast. I just know what my DS 12 told me when he was saving for his and he only wanted the one with 250gb. So I think it really depends on what type of gamer you are.

4G is not a lot of memory, if you play rock band, and download a few track packs itll be filled up in no time, if you play any games for kids older than say, 8 then it will fill up very quickly..

I would be wary of buying a used XBox. There were lots of problems with some of the earlier models of the 360, though supposedly most of those have been resolved with the current models. Microsoft's customer service was excellent for everyone I knew who had problems - they honored the warranty and provided replacements or repaired the unit at no cost, and even extended the warranty each time a new issue was discovered. With a refurbished unit, you won't have that. I know several people who traded in their units when they started to have problems but before they got to the point of having the "red ring of death", and I'd be concerned that places would be selling those sorts of units without having done anything to really refurbish them. For me, the Microsoft customer service and warranty would be worth the price of buying a new console.

We have the 250 and my kids want another one when my son goes oft to college and my kids say ONLY the 250gb. My oldest 17 says there aren't even that many good game sor the Kinect as i asked if he wanted it for christmas. We are on our second xbox since launch and would happily buy another of the new ones.
