Best/Worst Airports

I have only flown twice, DTW into MCO(NWA). I thought MCO was pretty nice. I really didn't find DTW all that bad so I guess when I fly (NWA) out of the new terminal in October I'll probably be blown away(LOL). Susan

Trust me, you WILL! Plan on getting there a bit early so you can take a walk in the "ice tunnel" that connects the A gates to the B and C gates. It is really cool! The fountain in the center of the concourse represents the routes NWA flies around the world. Also, the food choices are top notch!

I am looking forward to flying NWA in Dec. I just did 8 r/ts on SWA and SPIRIT this summer out of DTW's old Smith Terminal and glad to be DONE with those! I will feel like a queen at the McNamara Terminal now!

Pinnie, We are spending the night before our flight at the Westin and plan on getting up early so we can check out the terminal. I'm excited to see the fountain and tunnel. My DD was happy that she can get starbucks coffee. Susan
