I’d like to explore one of the restaurants in world showcase during our next trip. We’ve done askurshus many times so something different. I was thinking maybe Mexico or Japan. However my kids are very picky and only eat the typical kids meals- nuggets, Mac and cheese, etc
Do any of the restaurants there offer these options? Anywhere fun and entertaining with great atmosphere?
Tia!

I would also agree with Biergarten. We ate there last month. They have a live show at various times through out the day. You can find the showtimes online. We scheduled our lunch around one of the showtimes.

I will definitely check out menu - for adults and Kids. Is this something that’s difficult to get an adr for?

It's usually one of the easiest ADR's to get. We've also done several walk ups in the past.

One thing you should be aware of is that all there tables are communal tables for parties of 8 or 10.
Depending on the size of your group, you will most likely be dining with another family. That's part of the fun for us. :)

I also recommend Biergarten. My kids like it so much. We eat there every trip, and twice during our 2015 trip. Lol

My absolute favourite is Chefs de France. We didn't have it on our last trip wanting to try new things but while we were there I broke down and change our Via Napoli reservation to Chefs. The macaroni and cheese is a personal addiction.

I enjoyed Teppan Edo. You get dinner and a show. The chefs do a lot of tricks to entertain everyone from the little ones to the adults. Plus the food is very good as well.
I haven't seen them offer chicken nuggets or macaroni and cheese there, though. Just the grilled chicken, shrimp and beef and rice.

I can't speak to what the kids menu looks like but presuming yours like pizza Via Napoli is unquestionably our favorite World Showcase pizza. They have some of the best authentic Italian pizza I've ever had with amazing toppings. The also pastas and the items on the menu too, we just can't bear to tear ourselves away from the pizza to try them

Monsieur Paul and before that it was called Bistro de Paris has always been the most elegant and outstanding if it's fine dining you're after.

I think Spice Road has the best food of all the others.

I have to say Biergarten as well . . . My daughter is a vegetarian and actually requests Beirgarten because they have a few options that she really loves and she can be very picky. My kiddos have also really enjoyed Via Napoli in Italy as well. Pizza is always a winner in our house. We have done San Angel Inn, which I thought was ok, it wasn't a favorite of my family, but also not the worst we have have had. My son adores Le Cellier, but the last time we went the wait was awful. We waited for 1.5 hours after our ADR time. Our upcoming trip we are trying a couple new places for us . . . Rose and Crown and Chefs de France. My goal is to try all of the restaurants around the World Showcase . . . I have a ways to go!

My recurring Epcot favorite is Spice Road. The brie fondue, the hummus fries, the lamb, it's all so well executed and tasty. The kids menu has chicken tenders, a slider/burger and pasta in tomato sauce, which can probably served w/ just butter upon request. Don't know if that would appeal to your children. But if you want fun and entertainment, Marrakesh offers the same kids menu, and has music and a belly dancer. And I've always enjoyed their food.

No they don't have those offerings at Teppan Edo. I do believe they serve chicken tenders at San Angel Inn inside the Mexican pavilion. I don't believe many of the TS restaurants around the world showcase serve nuggets and mac and cheese. Most entrees are geared towards that country's food.

I would definitely go with Biergarten or Teppan Edo. If you want food from the Mexico pavilion you're better off going to the Cantina right across from the pyramid and eating there. Most of the San Angel experience is the interior of the pyramid, which you can enjoy from the Three Caballeros ride and the marketplace inside :)

Best WS restaurant? Monsieur Paul running away. Best restaurant for your family based on your parameters? I'd suggest with Biergarten or Restaurant Marrakesh. Good entertainment, nice adult entree options and simple chicken nuggets and/or mac n cheese for the kiddos.

Agree it depends on what you are looking for.
Adult only, Monsieur Paul by far.
With kids, Marrakesh is really fun with the dancers. Biergarten is also fun for kids. If you don't have a Benihana type place near you, Teppan Edo is a fun place for kids.

Teppan Edo would get my vote assuming your kids will eat what they offer. It's a meal and entertainment in one.
