Which are the best MK restaurants to see the fireworks?

None, really. Wishes is designed to be seen from Main Street, there are no restaurants inside MK that give you an unobstructed view.

You'd have a clearer view from some restaurants outside the park (California Grill, Narcoossee's, Ohana in particular), but I see from your other posts that you've been unable to get an ADR at any of these. That's not surprising, as all of those are very popular, and reservations open at 180 days out). All I can suggest is to keep calling and checking the dining reservations site, people do cancel.

There aren't any good fireworks viewing restaraunts inside MK as the OP stated. If you're sitting outside at The Plaza you can see them, but last time we ate there they weren't seating anyone there for meals, it was just some tables & chairs for anyone to use. You "may" be able to see a few from CP depending on where you're seated, but you can't request a specific table when making an ADR. If Tommorowland Terrace (CS) is open, that may actually be your best bet, but I think they rope off the good seating there for the Wishes Dessert Party guests.

And forget being IN the castle during fireworks - we had dinner at CRT during Wishes last month & we didn't see a thing other than a few flashes outside the window!
