Best Western Movieland

Anyone got any info on Best Western Movieland. Booked to stay next October.

Our neighbours stayed there in October and had no problems. They thought it was a great location. Sorry I don't have any more info.

Stayed there three times (once when it was still called the Las Palmas Inn, before BW took it over) and it's a reasonably good hotel. Cheap, clean, well located - what else do you need? And to prove it, we're going back there in November!

The only thing I'd say is if you want a fridge, to ring up the hotel just before you leave and ask for one to be reserved for you, because they don't come as standard ($5 per night extra) and they only have enough for about half the rooms.

That puts my mind at rest, as long as it's clean thats all I worry about. Will not be in the room long enough to worry about anything else.
