Best Western Lake Buena Vista DTD....what is it like?

We're only staying there our first night so it's not that big of a deal I suppose. We got it for $45 on priceline. I thought that was pretty good. I was hoping for the Safari but oh well....one night.

Can we walk to downtown Disney shops and dining from there? We have a vehicle so it's okay if not.

I stayed there for a night this recently and it was nice. It seemed like a bit of a walk to DTD. It's the farthest of the DTD area hotels from the Marketplace. All in all, I thought is was nice. The rooms were good sized and was clean. Plus, all the employees were great and friendly too.
