I am wondering what is the best way to thank a helpful DCL TA? We had booked a cruise for me, DH, 2 two yr old DD. We were going to leave 6 yr old DS and 4 yr old DD at home because we would have to take them out of school and pay for 2 cabins. Guilt set in big time. We decided to change the dates of our cruise and add a cabin. DCL travel agent was great! He spent a long time on the phone modifying our ressie. Should I send a written letter to DCL or would an email be OK?

I would send a letter. You can include the name of the TA who helped you. I don't know if it will get directly to him, but at least his supervisiors should see it and they might forward it along to him. Disney loves to hear about the people who work for them and how they help someone out. :earboy2:

Definately send a letter. They DO get read and the CM DOES get a copy and an "atta boy". I have been in contact with a CM since our cancelled 02 sailing and wrote a letter each of the last two years. When I called her last year she not only remembered me but thanked me for writing the letters........
