Best way to secure location/room

We are having a mini family reunion this June. I am flying down with my 90 year old aunt (young 90) and requested 1st floor (or elevator building) near hospitality house. We had her at OKW 2 years ago and requested same but wound up on the 3rd floor and I don't want that to happen again. OKW is our home resort and that is where we are staying this year. We are in a 2 bedroom with other family members. I was very specific when requesting, but I did the same 2 years ago and look what happened.

Any idea's how I can have a better chance getting our request?

I would suggest you indicate to MS that you need a specific room location due to health reasons. Have MS make it your first request and ask that they mail an updated confirmation to you.

They give priority to requests for health reasons and this should qualify.
