Best way to handle changes to a package

We are currently booked in a 2 bedroom BCV for Aug 10 - 15. We currently have 4 people on the reservation but may need to change this. We will most likely be adding another person to the reservation which isn't the problem. What would be the best way to handle a package if people are leaving at different times. I know everyone needs to be on the same package so what would be the best way to handle tickets with the following scenario: one of the people would be leaving early and only need a 3 day tickets and one of the others has an AP. Are we better to change all tickets to one day and upgrade one to a three day and the other 3 tickets to 6 days when we arrive and let the AP holder us the one day ticket and then use his AP for the rest of the days. We will have the dining plan but that won't be a problem since we will use all the credits and not have to pay for any meals. Any help in the best way to handle would be appreciated.

Is there an AP package available for your days? If there is book AP package w/ dinning and then everyone else can just get whatever # days tickets they need when they get there. Even if there isn't an AP offer out yet keep checking as one may be offered closer to your travel time. Alternately get 1 day tickets for everyone to get a package so that you can add dinning then each person can upgrade their ticket to however many days they want when you get there. AP holder can save that one day ticket to use later or maybe apply it to AP renewal.
