Best Way to go to CBR from MCO?

Hello!

I'm going to WDW this year - woo! My travel party is 14 people, including myself. We will be flying into Orlando International Airport and are wondering the best way for all 14 of us to get to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort now that there's no more Magical Express. What are your thoughts?

Might check into a bus shuttle or even a large limousine. Could even do a few Ubers in minivans

I remember we had 11 and spent a day at Universal, it was lower cost for us to get a Limo to shuttle us from WDW to Universal than it was a shuttle.

I would look at a car service that has Sprinters and/or minibuses, e.g. Ace Luxury Transportation, Select Transportation (a subsidiary of Mears), or Destination MCO.

Use Mears connect, it’s cheap, convenient, and from my experience quick. You can pay a lot more for another service that isn’t any better.

If yes, I would probably just use Mears connect, rather than try to find a private service that can take 14 people.

A private service would be so much more cost effective for that many people. The companies I mentioned in my post above all have multiple vehicles that can transport that many folks, as well as their luggage. It would likely be a few hundred dollars round trip, versus over $500 for Mears Connect for 14.

What are those companies charging, and for what vehicles? Because the private car rates I've seen are often $150 to $200 round trip for a sedan which holds 3.

Ace, for example, is $480 r/t for a 14-passenger van.
