best way to get to the Kennedy Space centre?

Hi all,

i was hopeing not to hire a car, but is there much in the way of public transport from Int. Drive Orlando to KSC?
Any idea of the cost of transport?

That is a long ride. I think you would be better off renting a car.

Renting a car would be the best way.

Mears has a shuttle to the space center but it only runs a few days a week. Check, I thought I read they were considering dropping it but the website still shows it, around $20 R/T.
