First of all, I don't know if I am posting this question in the right spot; but here goes..........We have a 7:15 ADR for Chef Mickey (which I have called to check everyday for a later one). We are staying at SSR. I am thinking that we are going to have to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then get on the monorail to get there??? Do the busses run that early to MK?? What time should we be waiting at the bus stop??? Any advise or suggestions or information is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks Jen:confused3

I have been calling for something that early! :rotfl:

No I don't believe any of the transportation runs that early - at least when I've got early ressies at Tusker House in Sept they clearly told me when I made the ADR that I would need transportation. I'm sure someone else who comes along will know for sure.

When are you going? Maybe we can swap ADRs if you're going in Sept. I have a Chef Mickey's for lunch and a Crystal Palace the same morning that I wouldn't need if they were for the same trip.

Good luck!

If It were me, I would call your hotel to see what times the busses usually start running for MK. What time does the park open that day?? If the busses are running you will probably have to take the bus to MK and then walk on over to the Contemporary because I am not sure that the monorail will be running yet. Or, call the Contemporary and ask what time the monorail will start running to MK based on the park opening time.

I would take a cab (we drive our car if we have super early ressies)

Buses usually start 1 hour before park opening, according to our latest visit. so unless it's an EMH, you may need to take a cab or car. I would cab it, no hassle after that...

You can always take the character breakfast bus that goes to MK. And from there walk on over to the contemporary or take the monorail if its running by then. Character breakfast buses begin at 7am. But a time that early, you would need to take a cab or your own car if your driving or renting one.
