Best way to get from Poly to Boma

I would like to make PS reservations for dinner at Boma on our next trip. We will eat early probably around 6:00. We'll be staying at the Poly. What is the best way to get to the Animal Kingdom Lodge from Poly? We will not have a rental car for this trip.

Take the monorail to the MK, and transfer there to the AK Lodge bus. Even a very early MK closing time shouldn't be a problem here. The only catch comes when returning after MK closing, when you'll need to take a bus from the AK Lodge to either Epcot or DD (preferably Epcot) to transfer there to Monorail or bus back to the Polynesian.
