Best Walking Sandal/Shoe

I think Crocs are hideously ugly. My mom and dad both have them and I'm unbelievably embarassed walking with my mom when she wears them.
But I was just on the Crocs page, looking through their different styles and I actually found one I would consider wearing...only at DW, nowhere else...

In light colors only, since black looks bad. I like the gold.

Crocs really *hurt* my feet. Have worn sandals that were made by Easy Spirit (the one called "Theme Park Sandal") as well as one by Teva and can walk and walk and walk and walk... But it's true, it's only whatever is comfy to*your* foot.

I'd visit a local store (one that carries quality brand shoes) and be fitted properly. Also spend some time in the store actually walking around in them.

For me personally, there is nothing like Tevas. They are amazing. I have walked all around Disney in my Tevas, with no blisters, soreness or anything. I do agree that it is a personal choice though, with whatever fits you best.

I do have Crocs, and they are comfortable, but the Tevas work better for me.
