Best view of Epic Universe construction?

Can anyone suggest a hotel that has a view of the construction site? For clarification, I'm not asking what future (Universal owned) hotels will have a view of the new park, but rather if any currently open hotel rooms offer a good view. It looks like maybe the Hilton Las Palmeras might have a decent view of the area, but there might be other hotels maybe near the convention center that have a (better) view of the construction. Any suggestions?
