Frankly, the 3rd one is almost a waste, as none of the rides eligible really need one. The short films definitely doesn't need one. Nor does Figment or Turtle Talk. We usually pick Seas with Nemo or SE, as occasionally they will have a "line"...though I use the word line loosely as it's usually short. Narrowing it down, I'd go SE, as I have on rare occasion seen the line go to 20 minutes or so.
Agreed. I have seen SE get to 20-35 minutes during parts of the day. Guests who are not uber planners often enter the line for SE when they first enter the park because they know it is a ride and they are right there. For my Epcot afternoons, I made SE my first FP+ to ride without any line right around our arrival time. Most of the time the posted wait was at least 25 minutes.
I would go with Spaceship Earth, too, because we like that ride. Honestly, it's more about using up that third FP as quickly as possible to try and get a fourth FP for a Tier 1 attraction, like Soarin' or TT. So my advice is to just get those first three scheduled as early as possible. And then start searching for other ones as soon as you scan for your third one. We were able to score one late in the day for TT at 8:15 pm one night (it was probably our 5th or 6th FP that day - we got additional ones at less popular attractions like Pixar and Journey Into Imagination), which we used right at that time and then walked over to Soarin' standby before closing. Worked out perfectly for us.
And this just proves that FP has really increased the wait times if you look at Anna & Elsa meet and greet, they no longer have FP and lines have not exceeded 30 minutes. With FP, they were pushing 90

Yes, and that's the dual edge sword of the FP+. Overall, I like the concept quite a bit and am very happy they have it. However, it definitely will increase standby times, especially for popular rides, because they're trying to get the FP+ people through. That's also one of the reasons it's so hard for Disney to predict and post your actual standby time. A ton of it depends on how many FP+ people come through while you're in queue. That's what happened to us at FEA last week. Wait time was posted as 75 minutes. But I don't think I saw more than 10 people come through the FP+ line while we were in queue, so it was just boat after boat of standby. Our wait was only 27 minutes, as timed by the Lines app. Luck of the draw for us. If a ton of FP+ came in right after we left, anyone in standby probably waited much longer than we did.
