Universal Studios has a lot of street entertainment and the best show on property (even including Epic).
The Bourne Spectacular is just fantastic! Air conditioned theater action/stunt show incorporating live actors, sets, and special effects. There's also a sit down (air conditioned) Horror Makeup show which is primarily a funny show but does show a few effects - good for some laughs, it's a worthwhile show. There's also the Animal Actors show which is surprisingly good - no AC but it is a seated shaded theater.
Street entertainment includes Blues Brothers show, Beat Builders (street percussion) show, Bailamos dancing "show". Various characters out and about at random times, I've seen Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe, various Simpsons characters, various Scooby characters, Beetlejuice, Doc Brown (Back to the Future), Transformers.
If you also wanted rides, you have ET, Minions, Simpsons (motion sickness warning), Jimmy Fallon, MiB (if you don't mind spinning), Transformers, and Fast & Furious (which is not a great ride, but it's available).
Diagon Alley is also at Studios, and it is simply the best Harry Potter area to wander around in. And it has Florean Fortescue's ice cream plus a few little wizarding world stage shows.
