Best type of day bag?

Another Overland Donner...pouch on each end for water bottles, nice compartment for phone (padded/smooth), bigger pouch and not too big. I also prefer a smallish backpack...most of ours were on sale at lands end. This if we need to pack ponchos/coats.

I bought a Crumpler Karachi Outpost in small. I basically wanted a diaper/camera bag that me or my so could carry all day long. It was perfect on the flights and at WDW. I actually emailed the company before buying with a list of all I wanted to carry in it. Phone, wallet, sippy cup, iPad, DSLR with lens, snacks, crayons, coloring book, diapers, wipes....it all fit!

I have used the ebags Piazza day bag which is a crossbody bag. I did find this to get somewhat heavy so I needed to mindful of what i put it in. It did have a lot of pockets and and expandable water bottle pocket which was convenient.

I also have the bagalinni backpack which i like. We still use a stroller so I would pack all the things we might need for the day in here and throw it in the bottom of the stroller. I then used the vera bradley little hipster to hold on the valuables. It is small and very light weight. I kept money, credit cards, camera and a few wipes as well as a small thing of sunscreen and chapstick in here. I like that it was small and lightweight and I couldn't put a lot in it so most of the time i barely noticed I was wearing it.
