Best Transportation Mode for Arrival Day ADR

My daughter & I will be arriving at MCO at 9:45am and have a Beaches & Cream ADR at 12:20pm. We will have checked bags to collect. Trying to decide if we should use Sunshine Flyer or Uber/Lyft to get to POFQ to check-in/drop off our bags. Not sure if we would have enough time for bunch of stops on the bus. Then I am assuming we would need to Uber/Lyft to Beach Club in order to make it on time?

Uber or Lyft (or a taxi) would definitely be more efficient than Sunshine Flyer.
And yes, the fastest way from POFQ to Beach Club will be Uber or Lyft, or a taxi if one is standing by at POFQ.

I agree with @Ross Hunter - and will add that we had good luck with the Mears Taxis that were waiting, we could be on the road to our next stop long before Uber/Lyft even arrived at POFQ. But either option will be quicker then trying to get to B&C via Bus.

I'm just back this past week. We just to use the taxis to get around since DH doesn't like the buses but this time they were very hard to find at the hotels and parks. We ended up signing up for Lyft on the fly because there were no taxis to be found at Disney Springs. We tried to get a taxi at the Contemporary after a day in MK and the staff told us it could take 2 hours there and that we should use Lyft or Uber. Most of the time when we requested Lyft they came within 15 minutes or so but make sure to allow for plenty of time in case the wait time is more. If you can, perhaps get a taxi or Uber/Lyft and ask them to wait for you to drop your bags with bell services and then head to Beaches and Cream.
