Best town car from Orlando airport

Hi! We are planning our January trip, flying into Orlando and going to HRH at Universal. 9 days later, we leave WDW (not sure of hotel yet, depending on discounts). Trying to figure out who to use to to and from the airport (probably just grab a regular cab between resorts). We might like a quick grocery stop.

We have used Tiffany, but last time they left us waiting with weak excuses. We waited for an hour. And I have heard a lot of bad things about Mears. What is another good towncar service from Orlando that might serve both resorts and offer a grocery stop?
