right now we are planning on going home 7-3 to 7-8. My sister tells me should would like to be home on the 4th of July do they still have fireworks the week before the holiday like 9-26 to 7-1 thanks Kim

Yes, there will still be fireworks. There are fireworks year round at WDW. But, they usually do a little something extra on the 4th.
