Best time to go to Launch Bay?

Have you had much luck meeting Kylo Ren and Chewbacca at Launch Bay if you visit later in the evening? Or is that what everyone else is doing too?

The lines are never real long. If you want the shortest wait head there around park opening or right when they start meeting. Throughout the day it's a usual consistent 20-30 min wait

If you are a Disney Visa Credit Card holder you can go to a shorter line just for the card holders. It will be with Kylo Ren and not Chewy. We were just there on the 17th and waited about 3 mins. Had a great interaction with Kylo Ren.

Not sure if this would pertain to you but they do meet during evening EMH- this is when we met them with MAYBE a 10 min wait (mid march).

I was told it was a separate line at the back right of the building. I do know there was another line that we walked by but we really didn't check. At the entrance I asked about a different line and they said yes stay to the right and go towards the back you will see the sign. It was there with a cast member and we walked in. We were first in line and it took about 3 minutes for us to go in.

The Disney Visa meet & Greet with Kylo Ren is only from 11-4 though right?
