we're flying Nov 28-Dec 12 2010 from YLW to MCO return
I'm liking Alaska better than West Jet, as
1) flight times are better, with only 1 connection (SEA) and about 9 hrs, instead of 2 cnx and 14+ hrs, and
2) cheaper prices
alaska
6:00 am Depart (YLW) Arrive (MCO) 5:16 pm Duration: 8hr 16mn
6:25 pm Depart (MCO) Arrive (YLW) 11:55 pm Duration: 8hr 30mn
$802 rtn Cdn
or
West Jet
YLW 11:45 AM MCO 10:55 PM 11 hours 10 minutes
MCO 07:00 AM YLW 4:35 pm 13 hours
$1050 rtn Cdn
So, what's your take on these flights, and when do you think I should book? I'm hoping prices will drop.
I thought about driving down to seattle, and flying southwest or jetblue, but that would be an min. 8 hr drive (prob. closer to 10 or 12) in winter on mountain roads, and a loss of 2 days for driving off the trip....
