Best time to book fastpasses

Going in Sept. and can't decide what times would be best . Since it will be a slower time of the year should I make them for in the afternoon or would the morning be better? Will I need to worry about trying to get a 4th fastpass?

I'm wondering the same thing.

It's hard to guess how things will go in the off season. You'd think there would be more choices for the 4th, etc. than there are now, but for all we know, they may lower the number they put into they system when things get slow.

Really the only place I see it making a difference is MK.

In regards to the times of day you should schedule your fps, well that will largely depend on what you want to do, how you tour, etc. it's pretty much going to change for everyone.

It's been a while since i have been to Disney but by the looks of the posts that you dont get fp's the day of anymore?

My first FPs are for 11, it gives me a chance at rope dope to hit some rides I know will be walk on. Case in point MK. I have FP for the 7 Dwarf ride at 11:20, I should be able to do Splash, Big Thunder, Pirates, Haunted Mansion plus others before that.

We are scheduling first FP for Big Thunder at 9:30-10:30, splash 10:30-11:30, 7DMT 11:30. We will hit rope drop for PP, Mermaid, Pooh, Dumbo, HM and be at Big Thunder by 10:30. We should be able to ride splash and be at 7DMT by 11:30 so we can make 4th FP quickly thereafter

I would say either late morning or afternoon so you can get done some rides or experiences at RD then when your done with your 3 you can get your fourth later in the day when it's really crowded!
