Best time/location for a kids meetup on boarding day

I am setting up a meet and greet (through a certain social networking site) for families with kids in my son's age group for day 1 of our Fantasy cruise. I have never sailed on the Fantasy, so I would appreciate some feedback about what venue would work best for this. I was thinking that 3 pm would be a good meeting time since it is before muster but hopefully late enough that everyone has boarded and gotten some food. Does that make sense? Or would another time work better?

I've been in groups that have met at 3pm at the Vista Cafe and it worked well.

Near the bar in the atrium, or maybe in the kids club? It is likely still open house at that time.

We met the second morning at Eye Scream, but it was pretty busy.

I set up a meet and greet on the Fantasy in Evolution. Worked out great!!!
