Best Time For Disney Quest

This will be my first week-long trip and since I will be travelling with kids (not to mention I am a big kid myself!) I would really like to try DQ but am unsure as to the best day and time to visit. Does anyone know how early it opens and how late it closes? Are all the attractions included in admission?

Almost everything is included. There are some attractions that spit out tickets that can be redeemed for small prizes. These games cost extra.

The best time, IMO, would be before 2pm Monday-Friday. Think time when kids are in school. They do sell APs to DQ, so you'll get local kids arriving after school. And DQ can be very popular later in the evenings after the main parks begin to close.

Someone will correct me on the operating hours, but I believe it's in the neighborhood of 10am to 11pm.

We always go to DQ when it opens for the day. Then we can do Pirates of the Caribbean at least three times before the lines get too long. We always head there first. We usually leave by 2, get some lunch and head back to the resort for a swim. Then head to a park. We've never been there when it was raining or in the evening. It gets too crowded to me during those times.
