Best time for Buzz Lightyear?

Does anybody have a feeling about what is the best time of day to attempt to ride Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin? My 8-year-old wants to know!

That was the best ride - I think we did it five or six times! We actually rode it first thing in the morning and the line up was only about 15 minutes. But even on a busy day we found that the line never really got longer than about 30 minutes, it's a very fast moving line. That said, if you can Fastpass during busy times, you will speed along even faster. We also did it later in the day closer to park closing and it was also a short lineup. (I just got back.)
