It really is more dependent on what chef is working though some carry more or less extra ingredients they can work with. I've had almost all great experiences at WDW. Trails End, HDDR, Capt Cooks, Port Orleans (TS and QS), Yachtsman Steakhouse, Mara, The Wave, Turf Club (GREAT!), 50's Prime Time, Sunshine Seasons, Sci Fi, Liberty Tree Tavern lunch (GREAT!), Columbia Harbor House, Whispering Canyon, Le Cellier, Chefs de France (others haven't fared as well but we've had all good experiences). The ones I haven't had as good as experiences... Coral Reef for me twice the chef wouldn't come out and we did a bunch of ineffective back and forth through the waiter. Mama Melrose was too quick to say desserts were safe without checking when I was 99% sure they weren't. The worst issues I've had were at all the Grand Floridian restaurants. 1900 the Chef was not checking ingredients and just vaguely pointing and saying things were safe that I knew were not. That has happened a number of times but I stick to plain things I know are safe. There is 1 chef there that is supposed to be great but we haven't been there when he has been on duty. I had an awful experience at Grand Floridian Cafe where I ended up with the steak off the child's menu (yuck!) and french fries. NO dessert and couldn't get me any kind of veggie even just salad greens. They apparently pre-prepare many items there and they are intermingled so my carrot allergy meant I couldn't have any of the veggies they offer separately or salad. The adult steaks had all been pre-seasoned with a blend that contained soy. I was pretty unhappy at that use of a dining plan credit! Other places would have tried harder at least from my other experiences where they've even gone to QS to grab an allergy safe cookie if they had nothing else. 95% of the time though things go great at WDW for allergies even multiple ones though do be prepared to wait a bit longer.
